Kendra Graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2021 after completing a 3-year course in Sports and Exercise Therapy. Throughout her degree Kendra gained experience in the University’s on-site massage and injury clinic gaining the knowledge and skills needed to feel confident in a clinical environment. She also gained experience at Warners Health Club and Physiotherapy where she gained in person experience on how a successful therapist assess and treats different types of injuries.

Upon Graduation Kendra has gained her cupping qualification and has been working in a private clinical setting carrying out sports massages which she adapts to fit the client’s needs.

Kendra has a sporting background and is also a keen gym enthusiast. She has been a part of the equestrian community over the past 11 years where she competed and brought on a young pony which she was able to learn and grow with. Kendra’s sporting background also involves many years of dance which included acrobatics, ballet and tap where she competed and took many exams to keep improving her skills. Throughout school she also joined her local towns speed skating club. Having a sporting background Kendra knows the frustration of gaining an injury and the importance of looking after your body in everyday possible which is why she will always be friendly and make sure to give you the best care possible.
