Service Description

Thoroughly assessing you to curate a plan with your diagnosis, to get you back to YOU. Initial consultations are essential for us to understand your injury, pain and your reasons behind booking with us. During this hour-long appointment, your therapist will allow you to explain your reasons for booking with us and then prompt the responses they need by asking specific questions about your symptoms, everyday life, activity level and overall goals. Your therapist will then guide you through a physical assessment, which involves observation of general movements and everyday postures, individual joint movements both with and without our physical assistance, and a range of specific tests to get objective information about your condition. At this stage, we will discuss what we have found and provide our advice and recommendations of how we will both work together to treat you and aid your recovery. This may be through a combination of manual therapy and personalised exercise rehabilitation. Where necessary, your therapist will then provide you with manual therapy, such as massage, joint manipulation, acupuncture, percussion therapy (using our massage gun), cupping, instrument assisted soft tissues massage or heat, cold therapy therapy. We may also use strapping and taping techniques to help you too. Following this, you will be prescribed and taught rehabilitative exercises in our private state-of-the-art on-site rehabilitation gym facilities. This is a chance for us to gauge what difficulty level to start your process at, as well as tailor the exercises to your individual goals, preferences, and accessibility to equipment.

Cancellation Policy

Due to current demand we have a 72 hour cancellation policy (Usually 48 hours). We have patients that are currently on a waiting list who require our help as soon as possible. Please do let us know at your earliest convenience if you are unable to attend your appointment or would like to rearrange.
